Amado Pilates London is a boutique Reformer Pilates studio based in Kensal Rise. Founded in 2025 by Anser Amado, the studio brings together over a decade of experience teaching Reformer Pilates across London, with a teaching style rooted in precision, awareness, and long-term physical health.
Anser’s approach is informed by a physiotherapy-led mindset. Rather than rushing into complex or high-intensity movements, classes begin by taking things back to basics. This means paying close attention to foot alignment, joint positioning, mobility, and how each body moves as a whole. Injuries, imbalances, and individual movement patterns are always considered, ensuring exercises are not only effective but safe and sustainable.
Reformer Pilates classes run daily and are designed to suit a blend of levels, making them accessible whether you’re new to Pilates or more experienced. Every class focuses on building strong foundations, improving mobility and control, and developing strength with intention — so you leave feeling more connected, balanced, and confident in your body.
All classes are taught by Anser Amado, Founder of Amado Pilates London.

Beginner • Learn the Reformer • Move with confidence
Foundation is our beginner-friendly Reformer Pilates class for anyone who is brand new to Pilates or wants to rebuild from the basics. We teach the Reformer step-by-step, focusing on alignment, breath, gentle strength, and mobility so you feel safe, supported, and clear on what you’re doing. Every class finishes with calming breathwork and light stretching to help you reset your nervous system.

Intermediate · Flow · Control
A flowing Reformer Pilates class that builds coordination and connection through continuous movement. Starting with foot self-myofascial release, the class progresses into dynamic sequences that integrate core, balance, and fascial lines.

Endurance
A stronger, faster-paced Reformer Pilates class designed to build full-body strength and endurance. Tempo increases while maintaining control, precision, and intelligent movement mechanics.
Ideal for:

Advanced · Circuit · Performance
A high-level Reformer Pilates–based circuit class that integrates other training modalities such as TRX, rower, balance tools, and resistance work. The Reformer remains the foundation while performance and conditioning elements are layered in.

Self-Myofascial Release · Stretch · Relax
A slow, calming class designed to release tension, improve mobility, and reset the nervous system. Using self-myofascial release techniques, gentle stretching, and guided breathwork, you’ll work through tight or overworked areas to help the body recover and move more freely. This class is low-intensity, supportive, and suitable for all levels. Ideal for recovery days, stress relief, or balancing more challenging training sessions.
